Responsibilities:-
- Strong ProjectLeader with 12-18years of experience range with a minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing large customer programs of 30+ people across geographies.
- Experience of leading the services delivery team with accountability for on time delivery, quality for fixed price / Managed services programs.
- Must have project delivery experience in Waterfall, Agile and Iterative development methodologies.
- Strong experience of project reporting and stakeholder management (internal as well as customer), conducting governance meetings.
- Understanding customer needs and overseeing delivery within the business context and aligning with the customer goals.
- Managing project P&L (revenue, cost and deal margin). Determining ways to control costs without sacrificing employee engagement or customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate resource hiring, onboarding, knowledge sharing and competency building within the team.
- Contribute to development of Capabilities, Collaterals, Tools and Reusable components leading to delivery led growth in existing account.
- Diverse work experience with leading Insurance providers in US geography would be given preference.
- Support Presales in responding to RFPs.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, conflict management and presentation skills.
Good to have:-
- Desirable to understand Insurance domain (business flows in Life Insurance & Annuities and/or Property & Casualty Insurance) covering new business, policy administration, billing, correspondence, regulatory and compliance etc.
