Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of AI-driven and enterprise software projects. You will play a critical role in ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-efficient delivery, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the complete project lifecycle — from planning to delivery
- Define and control scope, timelines, risks, and quality standards
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization
- Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Retrospectives, etc.)
- Coordinate with engineering, AI, product, and DevOps teams
- Build and present project reports, dashboards, and stakeholder updates
- Manage resource allocation across multiple projects
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and delivery frameworks
- Mentor junior team members and foster a high-performance culture
- Handle multi-project programs and manage interdependencies aligned with business goals
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical project/program management
- Strong understanding of:
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- APIs, microservices, and system architecture
- Databases and scalable backend systems
- Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience managing AI/ML or data-driven projects is a strong plus
- Hands-on experience with Agile, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar ALM tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP or Agile certifications (CSM, ACP, SAFe, etc.)
- Experience in SaaS, AI platforms, EdTech, or enterprise software products
- Exposure to startup or fast-paced product environments
- Advanced degree (MBA/MS) is a plus
