Role Overview
Movate is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Web and Mobile application development, enhancement, and support projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical acumen, excellent stakeholder management skills, and proven experience managing cross-functional teams across Application, Infrastructure, and Network domains.
This role requires hands-on project leadership, strategic planning, and ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete project lifecycle including development, enhancements, and production support
- Define project scope, timelines, sprint plans, milestones, and release schedules
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Track and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and maintain RAID logs
- Ensure effective stakeholder communication and provide regular status updates
- Oversee L2/L3 production support, SLA adherence, and incident management processes
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures to ensure system stability
- Participate in RFP/RFI responses, effort estimation, and Statement of Work (SOW) preparation
- Ensure timely, high-quality project delivery aligned with client expectations and business goals
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional technical teams including Development, Infrastructure, and Network teams
Technical Skills Required
Web Technologies:
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- React or Angular
- Drupal (preferred)
Mobile Technologies:
- iOS and Android application ecosystem
Cloud Platforms:
- AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
DevOps & Tools:
- CI/CD pipelines understanding
- Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Healthcare or Insurance domain
- Certifications such as PMP, CSM, ITIL, or SAFe
- Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies
