Job Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering/product to define scope, requirements, and delivery plans.
- Lead technical discussions; align business goals with engineering solutions.
- Orchestrate full SDLC (design test deploy post-launch) with partners.
- Identify complexity, dependencies, and shape scope/feasibility early.
- Keep stakeholders informed on progress, risks, milestones, timelines.
- Ensure adherence to technical standards and architectural guidelines.
- Drive delivery on Modern Technologies across platform, like, Java/Go, Microservices, REST/gRPC APIs, AWS, CI/CD, reliability, security.
Qualifications
- 5+ years Program/Project Management for high-volume online user experience.
- Agile experience is must able to operate as Scrum Master/Product Owner when needed.
- Strong communication and cross-team collaboration.
- Prior background as a developer or tester.
- Proven end-to-end feature delivery.
- BE,MCA, MSC or equivalent technical experience.
- Leadership, ownership, attention to detail, and multi-dependency management.
- Familiar with Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST/gRPC, AWS; CI/CD and production readiness a plus.
