About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead and deliver strategic initiatives across the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing complex, cross-functional programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate with business, architecture, engineering, and operations teams to drive alignment, efficiency, and execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Delivery
- Lead and manage a portfolio of strategic, large-scale programs from initiation to completion.
- Define and maintain program roadmaps, execution strategies, and timelines, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Oversee program delivery across multiple teams, tracking progress and managing risks, dependencies, and changes proactively.
- Develop and execute project governance frameworks and ensure adherence to best practices.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align on goals, priorities, and deliverables.
- Communicate program status, risks, and key decisions effectively to diverse audiences, including executives and technical teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
Technical Execution & Process Optimization
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to plan and prioritize features, stories, and sprint goals.
- Drive adoption of Agile and Lean methodologies across teams, optimizing processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Identify and implement process improvements and key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance visibility and delivery quality.
- Evaluate and manage technology enhancements from ideation to production deployment.
Leadership & Strategic Impact
- Mentor and coach project managers and team members to foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
- Influence technical and business roadmaps through data-driven insights and program learnings.
- Contribute to PMO maturity by defining and standardizing program management best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive experience in technical program management, including 10+ years working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies, SDLC, and Agile frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with competing priorities.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and business audiences.
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated curiosity, adaptability, and commitment to continuous learning.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
- Experience managing multi-site and cross-functional teams.
- Proven background in cloud solution delivery and enterprise-scale technology programs.
