Qualifications

1. Full-time MBA from a recognized institution is mandatory

2. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) is required

3. Minimum 5 years of overall professional experience

4. At least 3 years of experience in a Product Management role

5. Prior experience in the eCommerce industry

Key Responsibilities

1. Requirement Analysis & Documentation

1. Analyze partner API documentation and translate into clear technical requirements

2. Prepare detailed product requirement documents (PRDs) for developers

3. Ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation

2. Sprint & Development Management

1. Own the product backlog and lead sprint planning and execution

2. Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and quality delivery

3. Collaborate with QA teams for testing and validation of product features

3. Stakeholder Communication

1. Act as a bridge between business teams, external partners, and internal tech teams

2. Communicate requirements and updates clearly to all stakeholders

3. Facilitate regular check-ins, demos, and feedback sessions

4. Product Ownership 1. Drive product features end-to-end from concept to launch

2. Prioritize tasks based on business goals, tech feasibility, and partner needs

3. Monitor product performance and iterate based on insights
