Senior Technical Officer

End to end responsible to ensure optimal quality standards, cost effectiveness and customer satisfaction through efficient use of raw materials and mix designs at all plants in the cluster.

Implement best quality practices in order to enhance overall product quality of AAA RMC.

Responsibilities

1.Meeting with architects and consultants to understand customer requirements and manage

escalated customer complaints in quality and continually monitor the products.

2.Continually look at mix optimization and reduction in mix costs through trials on new or

different raw materials and by any other method.

3.Interact with customers and understand their specific requirements to allow mix designs to be

individually tailored. Develop new mix designs and revise existing ones, whenever required as

directed by Head-Technical.

4.Ensure compliance with all Quality Assurance /Quality Control protocols as per BOS.

5.Monitor testing of all concrete making ingredients for the RMC Plants in the clusters and

conduct random quality checks and lab trials.

6.Ensure all raw materials used comply with relevant Indian Standards as well as Company

norms for quality and quantity. Endorse vendor qualification for all input raw materials

market representation.

7.Carry out regular inspection and review of all technical records and documentation on the

testing of incoming raw materials as well as concrete.

8.Ensure that necessary certification, calibration and inspection of equipment's such as

Compression Testing Machine (CTM), weigh balances etc is carried out regularly as per Indian

Standard requirements and Company norms.

9.Plan & supervise working of Lab Technician train company personnel in testing of raw materials

and concrete and on all aspects of quality control techniques.
