Job Description

Lead and ensure successful delivery of engineering projects as per company and customer requirements.
Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for customer-specific project teams.
Manage project workload, schedules, resources, and technical deliverables.
Contribute to concept and detailed design activities, including hands-on execution when required.
Establish quality review processes, templates, and technical checklists for project deliverables.
Conduct technical reviews to ensure deliverables meet quality standards before submission to customers.
Support design and development activities including design calculations and complex casting component design.
Provide technical guidance to teams on Creo design, GD&T, manufacturing processes, and drawing interpretation.
Manage team activities including task allocation, issue resolution, and mentoring engineers.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and right-first-time quality.
