Job Description

Lead and manage end-to-end plant operations to achieve production targets.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Manage the plant P&L.
Monitor production schedules and ensure timely product delivery.
Oversee maintenance and ensure all machinery operates at optimal levels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
Prepare and present operational performance reports to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Operations Head has

A full-time degree in engineering
Experience in managing plant operations within the automotive industry.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control systems.
Proven ability to lead and manage large teams effectively.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations in industrial settings.
