Senior Technical Lead – Java Backend (DAM MX)

Exp: 10+ Years

Preferred: Golang 1+ years At least.

Preferred Location: Noida

People Connexions are seeking an experienced Java Backend Technical Lead to drive modernization of our DAM Management Server, ensuring scalable and secure enterprise services.

Key Responsibilities

Design & develop RESTful backend services (Java, Spring, Hibernate)
Integrate with Oracle DB & messaging systems
Conduct code/design reviews & implement testing
Modernize legacy systems & maintain documentation
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams

Required Skills

10+ years Java backend experience
Spring, Hibernate, REST APIs, Oracle SQL
Linux, Secure coding, CI/CD, Cloud fundamentals

Preferred Skills

ActiveMQ, Kafka, Maven
Exposure to Angular/React
Docker, Kubernetes, Go
