Senior Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer, including real-time, triggered, and scheduled campaigns.
• Configure and manage integrations between AJO, Adobe RTCDP, and other systems (such as CRM, communication platforms, and external APIs).
• Translate business requirements into AJO flows and technical solution designs.
• Develop dynamic content and personalization rules using customer profile attributes and segmentation.
• Orchestrate multi-channel communications, ensuring correct sequencing, suppression logic, and escalation flows.
• Implement data mapping and identity resolution using AJO and AEP tools to build a unified customer profile.
• Monitor and optimize journey performance, using analytics and reporting to drive continuous improvement.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and enable business users to manage journey rules and content.
• Document configurations, journey flows, and technical integrations for ongoing maintenance and governance.

Must-Have Skills:

• 2–5 years of experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) or similar campaign/journey orchestration platforms.
• Experience designing and building multi-step, multi-channel customer journeys.
• Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Platform (RTCDP, Journey Orchestration, Real-Time Profiles, Segmentation).
• Hands-on experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP), especially connecting AJO to external systems.
• Familiarity with personalization logic, audience segmentation, and Next Best Action (NBA) frameworks.
• Knowledge of data privacy, consent management, and compliance best practices.
