Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Lead who is responsible for architecture, development, and delivery of enterprise solutions built on Optimizely CMS (DXP) and CMP. The role combines: Solution architecture, Full-stack development, CMS–CMP integration ownership, Business engagement & delivery backup.

Key Responsibilities:

*Own end-to-end architecture across CMS, CMP, and external integrations.

*Design and implement CMS + CMP content lifecycle (workflow, metadata, localization, publishing automation).

*Lead secure API-based integration (REST, Webhooks) between CMP ↔ CMS and other external applications, web & mobile.

*Develop complex CMS components, services, integrations, and search configurations.

*Govern DXP environments and CI/CD pipelines.

*Ensure performance, security, compliance, and reliability.

*Participate in workshops, estimations, roadmap planning, and stakeholder discussions.

*Mentor developers and enforce coding standards.

Required Skills:

*6–10+ years .NET / ASP.NET Core.

*4+ years hands-on Optimizely CMS (DXP).

*Experience with Optimizely CMP.

*Strong API and integration design experience.

*Azure cloud & CI/CD exposure.

*Experience designing content lifecycle, governance, and multilingual setups.

*Strong communication & stakeholder management skills

Preferred skills:

*Optimizely Personalization

*Headless architecture experience

*Enterprise / regulated environment exposure
