24x7 Incident Support
- Provide around-the-clock support for incidents across all CS CORE and IMS Nodes.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs to maximize network and service uptime.
Expert Incident Management
- Offer expert-level support for critical network incidents.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions through incident management.

Incident Resolution
- Quickly troubleshoot and analyze incidents, taking all necessary repair actions, including vendor support escalation, to restore Core Network services.
Proactive Maintenance
- Perform proactive maintenance to prevent incidents and continually optimize the network.
- Use performance indicators and trend analysis to guide corrective actions.
Quality Assurance
- Execute planned work activities, network rollouts, configuration builds and loads, software upgrades, and parameter changes in the core CS network.
- Ensure high service quality and avoid regression in network functionalities.
Integration and Testing
- Conduct acceptance testing and integration/configuration activities for new core CS network elements.
Knowledge Sharing
- Share your expertise to enhance the technical skills of other teams involved in network deployment and operations.
Desired Skills
- Strong understanding of core network principles for 2G/3G technologies, including Ericsson MSC-BC, MGW, and STP. Proficiency in Unix, NFV, vMSS, and VoLTE.
- Good knowledge of core network protocols: C7, SIP, Diameter.
- Ability to analyze and interpret traces (Wireshark traces, IRIS traces, network element traces, and logs).
- Design and create services within MSC configurations.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Over 8 years of experience in Ericsson Core CS Network Operations and Maintenance activities.
- Ericsson & Huawei core network training and certificates or equivalent are advantageous.
- Experience with virtual core networks is a plus.
