Senior Technical Lead

We're hiring: Senior Technical Lead Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C)

Expertiqo is looking for a Senior Technical Lead (SFCC B2C) to own and scale the eCommerce platform for a global fashion brand.

This is a hands-on leadership role.

You'll own architecture, delivery, releases, integrations, and technical direction, end to end.

What you'll be responsible for

Owning Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C and all platform integrations

Defining and driving end-to-end SFCC architecture and solution design

Managing source control, Jira, Confluence, CI/CD, and release pipelines

Leading user story reviews and guiding business teams on SFCC OOB capabilities

Planning releases based on team capacity and delivery priorities

Allocating work, mentoring developers, unblocking delivery

Conducting code reviews with performance and scalability in mind

Managing releases across all environments, including Production

Handling post-go-live support, monitoring, and stabilisation

Working closely with vendors and third-party service providers

Driving continuous improvement and tech-debt reduction

Reviewing Salesforce monthly releases and updating the roadmap

Supporting high-priority live site issues

Managing SFCC admin tools, monitoring systems, and SSL certificates

What we're looking for

78 years in Technical Lead / Senior Technical Lead roles

34+ years as a Salesforce Commerce Cloud Technical Lead

Strong experience with SFCC B2C, SCAPI, OCAPI

Hands-on with Service Framework, Jobs Framework

Solid experience with ISML, Page Designer, jQuery, Node.js

Strong understanding of eCommerce integrations (payments, tax, loyalty, catalog, AP21, third-party systems)

Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Bitbucket preferred)

Proven release management experience across all PIG instances

Ability to communicate technical decisions clearly to stakeholders

Salesforce B2C Developer or Technical Architect certification is a plus.
