Nixora Group is seeking a skilled Technical Consultant with expertise in PL/SQL, shell scripting and Control-M scheduling, to join our team. In this role, you will be vital in developing and maintaining our credit risk data solutions, calculations, and reporting, ensuring data accuracy and reliability. As part of our dynamic environment, you will work collaboratively within an Agile process framework.
Candidates must reside in Gurugram, India, as regular attendance at the Gurugram office may be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with our business parters to understand requirements, support testing, and provide updates.
- Develop and optimize Oracle SQL/PLSQL code, based on business requirements.
- Create and maintain scripts using PowerShell or Unix Shell scripting.
- Manage batch jobs using Control-M.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure high-quality deliverables in a structured SDLC environment.
Qualifications And Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in similar roles
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies and concepts in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player.
- Strong and proven proficiency in Oracle SQL/PLSQL, functional and technical.
- Experience with PowerShell or Unix Shell scripting.
- Hands-on experience with Control-M for batch job scheduling.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Nice To Have
- Familiarity with Moody's Risk Foundation or similar risk platforms.
- Familiarity with Credit risk
- Basic experience with Python for scripting or automation.
- Exposure to AWS cloud services.
- Exposure to AWS Glue and DBT
