Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle EBS Financials
Support and enhance Oracle Financial modules, especially Order to Cash (O2C)
Gather and document business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and create functional designs
Design and build solutions aligned with business objectives
Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability
Debug complex issues and recommend optimal solutions
Ensure data integrity across upstream and downstream systems
Collaborate with developers, testers, and business stakeholders
Participate in solution design reviews and production deployment approvals
Support month-end and year-end financial processes
Develop workflows, rollout strategies, and user training materials
Monitor system alerts, logs, and integrations to proactively resolve issues
Drive continuous improvement in business processes and system performance
