Role: IBM Maximo Techno Consultant

Key Responsibilities
- Lead IBM Maximo implementation and support projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Act as the primary liaison between client and technical teams, managing requirements and expectations.
- Design and configure Maximo workflows, reports, automation scripts, and security groups.
- Customize BIRT reporting, manage integration framework, and develop Java scripts for business logic.
- Integrate Maximo with Oracle Fusion, web services, and handle data loading activities.
- Oversee Maximo application setup, database configurations, and performance optimization.
- Ensure comprehensive coverage of all Maximo modules, especially Assets, Inventory, Planning, Resources, Preventive Maintenance, Work Orders, and Contracts.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions and prepare detailed solution design documents.
- Produce high-quality documentation and maintain strong communication with stakeholders.
- Mentor and manage a team of 3+ resources, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Provide client-facing support and resolve escalations effectively.
- Ensure compliance with UAE business calendar and holidays in project planning.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- IBM Maximo Expertise: Minimum 8 years, with at least two full-cycle implementations.
- Technical Skills: Integration framework, BIRT customization, workflow design, Java scripting, Oracle Fusion integration, web services, data loading.
- Database Knowledge: Strong understanding of RDMS and SQL scripting.
- Functional Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of all Maximo modules.
- Leadership: Proven experience managing teams and delivering complex projects.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Domain Experience: Utilities sector experience preferred.
- Documentation: Ability to produce detailed and high-quality project documents.
