Job Description:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst to join our Data Analytics product team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bridging business needs with technical solutions by analyzing data, preparing technical documentation, developing case studies, and supporting product demonstrations. This role requires a strong understanding of data analysis concepts and the ability to communicate complex insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for Data Analytics products and solutions.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including requirement specifications, user stories, process flows, and solution design documents.
• Develop and deliver product demonstrations to internal teams, clients, and stakeholders, clearly explaining product features and data-driven insights.
• Create case studies, white papers, and use-case documentation highlighting business value and analytics outcomes.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support product decisions and business strategies.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Data Engineers, and Development teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Validate solutions through testing, user acceptance support, and data verification.
• Ensure alignment of delivered solutions with business objectives and product roadmap.
• Support pre-sales and customer engagement activities by providing analytical insights and product knowledge when required.
• Continuously improve documentation standards and best practices for analytics products.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• B.Tech/M.Tech in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in:
• Preparing technical and functional documentation in data analytics product line
• Conducting product demonstrations
• Developing case studies and use-case materials
• Strong understanding of data analysis concepts, including data modeling, data visualization, and reporting.
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, and at least one BI/analytics platform (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
• Experience working with stakeholders in presales is preferable.
