Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technical execution. This role involves client engagement, requirement analysis, high-level solution definition, API specification, and close collaboration with product and engineering teams. The candidate is expected to drive solution discussions, provide clarity on complex integrations, and ensure successful delivery of scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements.
- Lead requirement analysis and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Prepare and own BRD, FSD, and related functional documentation.
- Define high-level solution approach including system interactions and API specifications.
- Create sequence diagrams, solution flows, and integration overviews.
- Define API contracts (request/response, authentication, error handling).
- Break down requirements into technical user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Identify impacted systems, dependencies, risks, and integration points.
- Drive solution discussions with engineering and product teams.
- Provide clarifications to engineering teams during development.
Technical Requirements:
- 10-15 years of experience in Business Analysis within technical/product environments.
- Strong experience in API-based integrations and system interactions.
- Proven experience preparing BRD/FSD and technical specifications.
- Ability to define high-level solution approach.
- Experience creating sequence diagrams and integration flows.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in FinTech domain, payment systems, or financial integrations is a plus.
