Roles and Responsibles.

Bachelor's degree in BCA or BSc Computer Science with 1-2 years of relevant technical support experience.

- Proficiency in Hindi and English verbal communication.

- Sound knowledge of computer hardware.

- Effective problem-solving abilities and logical thinking.

- Customer-centric mindset with empathy.

- Multitasking capabilities and quick issue resolution.

- Expertise in troubleshooting hardware, networking, and OS queries remotely.

- Utilization of tools and telephony for efficient support.

- Possibility of recommending products or services to resolve customer issues.

- Strong CRM skills and customer-first approach.

- Additional technical certifications like A+, N+, MCSA, MCSE are advantageous.

Key skill

Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.

- Background in PC support and voice-based customer assistance.

- Required experience: 2 to 4 years.
