Senior Teamcenter PLM Consultant (6–8 Years)

Key Responsibilities
Teamcenter Development & Configuration
- Configure and customize Teamcenter using BMIDE
- Work with ITK for server-side development
- Use SOA / REST services for integration
- Build and maintain workflows (handlers and rules)
- Develop custom extensions
- Manage roles, access control, and security settings
- Set up system preferences and configurations
PLM Functional Work
- Manage EBOM and MBOM structures
- Handle revision rules and effectivity
- Support change management processes (ECR, ECO, ECN)
- Support product release and lifecycle processes
- Work on classification and data modeling
- Ensure data accuracy, traceability, and compliance
Active Workspace and UI
- Customize Active Workspace (AWC)
- Configure UI elements like commands and panels
- Support RAC customization when needed
Integration and Other Skills
- Basic understanding of integrations like T4S (SAP gateway)
- Work with REST and SOAP web services
- SAP MM/PP knowledge is a plus
Support and Maintenance
- Fix issues and perform root cause analysis
- Support deployments in DEV, QA, and PROD
- Handle upgrades, patches, and data migration
- Improve system performance and stability
Client Collaboration (German Projects)
- Work with German clients on requirements and design
- Follow structured documentation and change processes
- Support global releases and rollout projects
Mandatory Skills
- 6–8 years of Teamcenter experience
- Strong knowledge of BMIDE
- Hands-on ITK development (C/C++)
- Experience with Active Workspace customization
- Good understanding of data model, workflows, and ACL
- Experience with SQL/Oracle databases
- Experience in Unix/Linux systems
Nice to Have
- SAP MM/PP knowledge
- T4S integration experience
- CAD integration (NX, CATIA, SolidWorks)
- Experience in automotive or manufacturing industry
- Basic German language skills
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or IT
