Senior Team Member – Warehouse

nsure that the warehouse adheres to all health and safety regulations.

Identify and address potential hazards, ensure proper training on safety equipment, and enforce safety policies.

Plan and manage warehouse layout to maximize space efficiency and improve productivity.

Ensure products are stored in an organized manner and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.

Oversee material handling and warehouse operations, including experience with SAP.

Lead a team of warehouse staff, including forklift operators, pickers, packers, and 3PL manpower.

Ensure resources and equipment availability for dispatch and material shifting.

Understand technical aspects of Auto Warehouse ASRS, AGV, AMR, and manual material handling equipment like forklifts, reach trucks, and stackers.

Coordinate with logistics teams, transporters, and suppliers for consignment management.

Manage contractor safety, training, and validation.

Handle shifting and re-shifting of finished products across locations to maintain FIFO.

Monitor truck movement, loading/unloading of raw and finished goods, and maintain housekeeping standards.

Identify and control unsafe acts and conditions within the warehouse.
