Job Description

Outpace Consulting Services is seeking a Senior Team Member - UK Payroll for a leading ITES company. This role requires comprehensive expertise in end-to-end UK payroll processing, including managing time information and ensuring statutory compliance. You will reconcile payroll data, handle complex queries from employees, managers, and HRBPs via voice and email, and play a crucial role in year-start/year-end activities. As a senior member, you'll also be responsible for training new joiners, auditing cases, and guiding the team in resolving complex issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End UK Payroll: Manage end-to-end UK payroll processing, including handling salary changes, various employee pay components, and time information.
  • Statutory Compliance: Possess sound knowledge of UK payroll statutory compliances, including calculating Tax and NI components.
  • Reconciliation & Reporting: Reconcile P11D and produce various payroll reports for stakeholders.
  • Advanced Query Handling: Handle complex voice and email queries from employees, managers, HRBPs, and clients.
  • Annual & Testing Activities: Actively participate in year-start/year-end activities and UAT/UVT as required.
  • Team Guidance & Quality: Guide the team in resolving complex queries, audit cases processed by the team, and provide training to new joiners.
  • Confidentiality & Flexibility: Handle confidential information discreetly and professionally, and be a flexible team player to ensure SLAs/KPIs are met.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience:Minimum 3 years of experience in UK payroll.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Team Handling.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end Payroll Processing for UK, including processing time information.
  • Experience in handling voice and email queries from employees, managers, HRBPs, and clients.
  • Skills:Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
  • Good working experience in renowned HRMS, preferably SAP, Workday.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word, PPT.
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally.
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and respond to emails.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with UK payroll statutory compliances, including year-start/year-end activities.
  • Education: Graduate.
