Senior Team Manager

• Manage day-to-day operations of the assigned RCM process (AR / PP / EVBV / Authorization / Billing / CBR)
• Lead a team of analysts/executives and ensure adherence to productivity and quality metrics
• Monitor key performance indicators such as TAT, accuracy, denial resolution, and collections
• Ensure compliance with client guidelines, payer policies, and internal SOPs
• Conduct regular team huddles, performance reviews, and coaching sessions
• Analyze operational reports, identify process gaps, and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with Quality, Training, and Workforce teams to drive process improvements
• Manage escalations from clients or internal stakeholders and ensure timely resolution
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
• Prepare and present operational reports to leadership and clients

• Graduate from any discipline

Required Skills:

• 9+ years of experience in US Healthcare RCM operations
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a team handling/leadership role
• Strong knowledge of RCM processes (AR, Billing, Payment Posting, EVBV, Authorization, CBR)
• Good understanding of payer guidelines and insurance workflows
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage team performance and productivity
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, operational reporting, and dashboards
