Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Team Lead located in Vadodara. The Senior Team Lead will oversee and manage a team, ensuring effective performance in their respective functions. Responsibilities include setting clear team goals, monitoring performance, creating reports, and implementing strategies to optimize efficiency. Additional duties include managing client relationships, ensuring target achievements, providing mentorship and guidance to team members, and facilitating communication within the team for improved workflow.

- Strong ability in problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution
- Excellent communication, report generation, and interpersonal skills
- Technical knowledge in BPM services and familiarity with automation, robotics, and Business Intelligence tools
- Client handling expertise and the ability to deliver high-quality service tailored to business needs
- Time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and targets
- Relevant experience in a supervisory or team lead role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
