Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional/Senior Talent Advisor with 8+ years of experience in leadership hiring and strategic talent acquisition. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hiring senior technology leaders across Microsoft and enterprise technology ecosystems.

This role is an Individual Contributor (IC) role and requires a highly driven recruiter who can independently manage end-to-end leadership hiring mandates in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for leadership and niche technology hiring.
  • Source, attract, and engage senior-level technology professionals through advanced sourcing strategies.
  • Handle leadership hiring for roles such as:
  • Engineering Manager (EM)
  • Software Development Manager (SDM)
  • Technical Program Manager (TPM)
  • Architect / Principal Architect
  • Associate Director
  • Vice President (VP)
  • Other senior technology leadership roles
  • Build and maintain a strong leadership talent pipeline for current and future business needs.
  • Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques across platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing channels.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring priorities and talent strategies.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Conduct market mapping, talent intelligence, and compensation benchmarking.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives and represent WCT as an employer of choice.
  • Ensure timely closures while maintaining high-quality hiring standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8–12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably within technology consulting or product-based environments.
  • Strong experience in leadership hiring and stakeholder management.
  • Proven track record of hiring senior technology professionals including EMs, SDMs, TPMs, Architects, Principal Architects, Associate Directors, and VP-level talent.
  • Expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing tools.
  • Strong understanding of technology hiring across Cloud, Data, AI, and Microsoft technology ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in an Individual Contributor (IC) role.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple leadership mandates simultaneously.
  • Experience working with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics tools is preferred.
