Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer management.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

  • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with hiring managers and department leaders to align recruitment efforts with business priorities.
  • Provide hiring insights and market intelligence to support workforce planning.

Recruitment Operations

  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate pipelines in the recruitment system.
  • Track hiring metrics and provide recruitment reports when required.

Employer Branding

  • Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's presence in the talent market.
  • Assist in recruitment campaigns and talent engagement activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 35 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within tech, fintech, or fast-growing companies.
  • Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience hiring in the India and other region is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for technology, marketing, operations, or fintech-related roles.
  • Experience hiring across multiple regions or remote teams.
  • Understanding of talent market trends in India & other regions.
