Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (EOE) across multiple functions, including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, and advanced sourcing techniques (X-ray, Boolean, etc.).
  • Drive full recruitment lifecycle for niche, leadership, and bulk hiring roles.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track recruitment metrics (TAT, conversion ratios, source mix) and provide regular hiring status updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure quality delivery.
  • Stay updated with market intelligence and industry trends to strengthen talent acquisition strategies.

Years of Experience:

  • 3 7 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (IT / Non-IT) with proven success in handling multiple roles.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor s / Master s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Certifications in recruitment, HR, or talent management (preferred but not mandatory).

Skill Set Required:

Must have:

  • Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (technical & non-technical).
  • Proficiency in sourcing using job boards, ATS, LinkedIn, Boolean & X-ray search, referrals, and networking.
  • Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within tight deadlines.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in GCC hiring or setting up new teams.
  • Market Intelligence (talent mapping, salary benchmarking, competitor analysis).
  • Knowledge of HR processes (onboarding, compliance, documentation).
