Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related
field
(Good to have) MBA or professional qualification in HR or Talent Management
Certifications
(Good to have) Certifications in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Hiring Best Practices
Experience
35 years of core recruitment experience, with strong exposure to referral hiring or lateral
hiring
Proven experience managing high-closure pipelines across multiple technologies or skill
sets
Strong understanding of tech roles, skill adjacencies, and resume-to-role mapping
Experience working directly with hiring managers, business stakeholders, and internal TA
teams
Demonstrated ability to deliver results in fast-paced, high-pressure hiring environments
Track record of improving conversion ratios and time-to-fill
Skills
Technical/Domain
Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment and referral hiring workflows
Ability to quickly assess resumes and map profiles to the right technology and business
demand
Proficiency in ATS, referral platforms, and recruitment trackers
Strong working knowledge of tech stacks, role families, and hiring patterns
Data-driven approach to managing pipeline health, closures, and conversions
