About The Role
SunTec India is looking for an experienced and highly motivated
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to independently manage end-to-end recruitment for mid, senior, and leadership-level positions across both
IT and Non-IT functions .
The ideal candidate is a strategic recruiter with strong headhunting capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of closing niche and business-critical positions. This role requires someone who can build high-quality talent pipelines, partner with business leaders, and drive hiring initiatives that support the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
- Handle hiring for mid-level, senior-level, and leadership positions across multiple business functions.
- Drive recruitment for critical roles, including:
- Senior Sales Professionals
- Digital Marketing Managers
- Business Heads
- Functional Leaders
- Other strategic and niche positions
Strategic Sourcing Headhunting
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking channels to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Conduct proactive headhunting for difficult-to-fill and leadership roles.
Stakeholder Candidate Management
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
- Screen, evaluate, and assess candidates for technical competency, cultural fit, and long-term potential.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with all stakeholders.
Offer Management Recruitment Analytics
- Lead salary discussions, offer negotiations, and candidate closing activities.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as Turnaround Time (TAT), closure ratio, source effectiveness, and pipeline health.
- Generate recruitment reports and recommend process improvements based on hiring trends and market insights.
- Stay updated with current talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
Required Skills Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Proven success in hiring for leadership, niche, and business-critical roles.
- Experience recruiting across both IT and Non-IT domains.
- Strong expertise in headhunting and passive candidate sourcing.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while managing multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in IT Services, Digital Marketing, BPO, Consulting, or Technology organizations.
- Experience hiring for Sales, Marketing, Technology, Operations, and Leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment analytics, employer branding, and talent mapping.
