Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with 7+ years of experience in recruitment. This role demands a strategic and hands-on professional who will drive end-to-end recruitment processes, with a blended experience of sales & technology hiring. You will work closely with senior leadership to understand hiring needs, develop effective strategies and contribute to building a high-performing team that aligns with our organizational goals.
Role Overview:
- Candidate Sourcing: Leverage personal network and internal databases to identify and attract top-tier talent with industry-leading skills and experience
- Interviewing & Assessment: Lead and manage the interview process to ensure strong alignment with company culture and business needs
- Talent Pool & Mapping: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-potential candidates through talent mapping and competitor research
- Problem Solving: Partner with hiring managers, senior leaders, and HRBPs to proactively resolve recruitment challenges
- Recruitment Strategy: Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies aligned with evolving market trends and business objectives
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and execute a strategic recruitment roadmap aligned with business growth
- Partner with department heads and senior leadership to forecast workforce needs
- Continuously refine recruitment processes for both tech and non-tech hiring
- Upgrade tools, strategies, and performance metrics to improve recruitment outcomes
Recruitment Operations
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, Background Verification, Offer Rollout and onboarding
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs
- Conduct talent mapping and market research to identify and engage top talent in niche domains
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and to solve hiring challenges and deliver timely results
- Engage with external recruitment partners to supplement internal sourcing when needed
- Negotiate contracts with job boards and ensure optimized job posting strategies.
Technology & Analytics
- Work with ATS tools and Google Sheets to manage candidate pipelines effectively
- Track and report key recruitment metrics (e.g., time to fill, cost per hire, quality of hire) to senior leadership
- Use Excel to manage data, dashboards, and reporting
- Apply data-driven insights to improve sourcing and selection strategies
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Collaborate with communication team on Employer Branding campaigns that highlight company culture and values
- Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Represent the company at job fairs, campus hiring events, and industry conferences
Budget & Resource Management
- Monitor and manage recruitment budgets with a focus on ROI
- Allocate recruitment resources efficiently based on business priorities and hiring forecasts
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field
- Communication Skills Language: Good verbal and written communication skills
