Talent Acquisition Business Partner
Role Overview:
The Talent acquisition business partner has to manage the end-to-end recruitment process
including consulting with HR Business partners to identify staffing needs. Work closely with
Business stakeholders to understand the business needs and support on-time hiring.
Design and implement Talent acquisition strategies, define clear job skill specifications,
internal and external sourcing, candidate screening, background checks and offer
completion.
On a typical day you will:
- Establishes and maintains relationships with business stakeholders and key decision-makers within a business and region. Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of talent pool.
- Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates within the framework of the position specification. Screen, interview and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline and maintain high interview-to-offer ratios.
- Work with the business stakeholders, HR, and Total Rewards to determine appropriate salary ranges and negotiate compensation with candidates.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through CRM platform and proactive market research.
- Drive the achievement of the hiring targets with primary focus on time to fill, Quality of hire and Cost per hire
- Supervises the beginning to end staffing process, designs regional sourcing strategies in collaboration with sub-region leads and ensures stakeholder satisfaction towards the on-time deliveries
- Uses advanced business knowledge, market intelligence and subject matter expertise to design the hiring and talent attraction strategy within a sub-region.
- Prior experience & exposure to having worked on Applicant Tracking System (Workday / Taleo/Success factor) is a must.
What You Will Need to be Successful:
Full time bachelor's degree in engineering or science and master's degree in HR would be an advantage
15+ years of related experience in full-cycle recruiting, hands on experience in sourcing and screening of applicants
Proficient in the use of social media and Job boards
Ability to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
Prior work experience supporting huge hiring demand in a Manufacturing and/or Engineering Industry
