We're looking for a highly motivated and collaborative Senior/Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist to help support our rapidly growing Corporate Functions & Marketing teams. As a TA at Unacademy, you will partner with hiring managers and your fellow recruiting team members, to find top talent as we scale our teams. You will be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle, from initial outreach to offer, negotiation, and closing stages. Responsibilities:
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process: Source, scout, screen, and recruit the best talent
- Closely collaborate with hiring managers to define required skills and backgrounds for open positions, create assessment and interview schedules, and seamlessly manage coordination.
- Recruitment at all levels across the organization.
- Work on different sourcing strategies & build a strong pipeline of candidates.
- Ensure 100% staffing as per the AOP (Non-Tech)
- Enhance the portal utilization by posting jobs in a way to attract aspiring candidates
- Enhance employee referral programs- Compensation negotiation as per the recruitment guidelines set in the organization.
- Prepare monthly Recruitment Scorecard.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Human resources or any other related field with 4-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Strong sourcing skills & experience in social media recruitment.
- Prior experience hiring for Marketing & Corporate Functions.
- Should be able to handle data with ease
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organization
