Senior Test Manager

Job Description:

Job Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad & Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with teams to source and reuse data for validation testing.

Design, create, and maintain test cases for business validation.

Lead the implementation of automation strategies to improve test efficiency.

Continuously update and optimize the business validation suite.

Understand the functionality of integrated products to ensure effective test coverage.

Provide guidance and support to junior team members.

Qualifications:

Strong experience in QA and automation testing.

Familiarity with integrated product environments and business workflows.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

High adaptability and eagerness to learn new products

Skills:

Proficiency in automation tools (e.g., Selenium, tosca etc).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with data sourcing and test data management.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in automation testing or cloud technologies.

Experience in banking or financial product testing is mandatory

Experience in Set up and configure test environments in Kubernetes clusters and cloud platforms.
