Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for endtoend recruitment, including sourcing through all job portals, social media, and headhunting, to ensure timely hiring of quality candidates.
Key responsibilities-
- Understand manpower requirements by coordinating with hiring managers.
- Draft and post job descriptions on all relevant job portals (e.g. Naukri, LinkedIn, Foundit, Shine, Indeed, company website) and social media.
- Source candidates using multiple channels: job portals, internal database, referrals, networking, and direct headhunting (cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, mapping target companies).
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/online interviews to assess fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and track candidate movement in the recruitment pipeline.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers/ATS with accurate candidate data and status.
- Regularly follow up with candidates throughout the selection process to ensure a positive experience and reduce dropouts.
- Support offer negotiation and joining formalities in coordination with HR.
Required skills and qualifications-
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PG in HR preferred.
- 48 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition (agency or corporate).
- Strong handson experience with multiple job portals and professional networks (Naukri, LinkedIn, Foundit, Shine, etc.).
- Good experience in headhunting and sourcing passive candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a fastpaced environment.
- Experience hiring for nonIT/manufacturing/ Automotive Industry.
- Familiarity with basic Excel or recruitment dashboards.
