The Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment activities at E-Con Packaging Pvt. Ltd focusing on identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent from the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of modern recruitment practices, strong interpersonal skills, and a results-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles
- Manage job postings and applicant tracking across various platforms
- Source candidates using job portals, social media, professional networks, and campus recruitment
- Conduct screening interviews (phone/in-person) to evaluate qualifications, experience, and role fit
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview outcomes and resume evaluations
- Act as a point of contact for candidate queries throughout the hiring process
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the manufacturing industry
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment
- Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer rollouts
- Foster partnerships with universities, colleges, and recruitment agencies
- Monitor recruitment KPIs and generate reports to optimize hiring effectiveness
- Meet weekly goals related to sourcing calls, emails, and candidate engagement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field)
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (preferably in the manufacturing sector, overseas recruitment)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems
- Highly organized with strong time management abilities
