Talent Sourcing & Recruitment

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct in-depth screening and evaluation of candidates to ensure a strong fit for client and internal requirements.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and define job descriptions.
• Ensure timely and quality delivery of candidates for multiple roles across various industries.

Stakeholder & Client Management

• Partner with internal teams and external clients to understand hiring priorities and ensure smooth execution of recruitment processes.
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers and clients on candidate pipeline and hiring progress.
• Negotiate salary offers and ensure successful candidate closures.

Process Optimization & Compliance

• Optimize recruitment workflows and implement best practices to improve efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure data integrity.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and legal hiring regulations.

Team Mentorship & Market Intelligence

• Mentor and guide junior recruiters, providing training on sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and market trends.
• Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
• Provide insights and reports to leadership on hiring trends and challenges.
