Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for Affiliate Marketing & Digital Marketing roles
Hire for positions such as Affiliate Managers, Media Buyers, SEO, PPC, Performance Marketers, Content & Social Media roles
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and niche communities
Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit
Handle offer negotiation, documentation, and onboarding coordination
Maintain recruitment metrics, pipelines, and hiring reports
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

4+ years of recruitment experience, with mandatory experience in Affiliate & Digital Marketing hiring
Strong understanding of digital marketing roles, tools, and KPIs
Proven experience in bulk and niche hiring
Must have experience in closing a minimum of 4 positions per month
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Experience with ATS and recruitment tools
