Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist,

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and develop recruiting strategies.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
• Source, assess, and engage qualified candidates using multiple recruitment channels.
• Coordinate and facilitate interview processes while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
• Manage offer negotiations and support hiring managers throughout the decision-making process.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and provide market insights to stakeholders.
• Build relationships with external recruitment partners when required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local employment regulations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment effectiveness and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of recruitment experience, gained from a combination of recruitment agency and in-house talent acquisition environments.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions, including professional, technical, and leadership roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment technologies.

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting high-volume and critical hiring projects.
• Exposure to manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or multinational corporate environments.
• Regional or cross-functional recruiting experience is an advantage.
