Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (BANGALORE BRANCH)

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist located at our Bangalore branch. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates. You will develop and execute employer branding initiatives, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Additionally, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand hiring needs and implement recruitment strategies that align with the company's goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and talent sourcing processes
• Proficiency in Interviewing techniques and candidate evaluation
• Experience in Hiring strategies and Recruitment planning
• Knowledge of Employer Branding for enhancing organizational reputation and attracting talent
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
• Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and prior experience in education, training, or certification industries
