Contract to Hire - 11 Months

Job Description

Manage end-to-end recruitment for VLSI and semiconductor engineering roles.

Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand technical hiring requirements and workforce planning.

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, networking, and industry communities.

Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Coordinate technical interviews, panel discussions, and hiring decisions.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or Engineering.

48 years of experience in semiconductor/VLSI recruitment (minimum 1 year of VLSI recruitment experience is required).

Strong understanding of VLSI domains, tools, and industry hiring trends.

Experience sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other platforms.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
