Job Description

Role Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment for Aska Group across business units, ensuring timely hiring of quality talent aligned with organizational goals. The role demands strong ownership of sourcing strategy, process efficiency, candidate experience, and talent analytics. The position may or may not include team management responsibilities and is subject to change at management's discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Talent Acquisition

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across technical, manufacturing, sales, IT and corporate functions from requirement gathering to offer closure.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business heads to understand workforce needs, role specifications, and hiring timelines.
  • Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies using job portals, professional networks, employee referrals, social media, and targeted outreach.
  • Build and maintain a strong internal and external talent pipeline for current and future requirements, with focus on critical and niche positions.
  • Conduct resume screening, competency-based interviews, and assessment coordination.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through transparent communication and timely feedback at each stage.
  • Manage offer negotiations, pre-joining engagement, and ensure smooth onboarding coordination with relevant stakeholders.

2. Talent Strategy & Process Excellence

  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, cost per hire, offer-to-join ratio, and dropout rates.
  • Continuously improve TA processes for speed, quality, and scalability while maintaining compliance and documentation accuracy.
  • Leverage ATS (Keka Hiro) for candidate tracking, reporting, and analytics; ensure system hygiene and regular data audits.
  • Develop dashboards and MIS reports for management review and decision-making.
  • Partner with business leaders to plan annual and quarterly manpower requirements and hiring forecasts.

3. Employer Branding & Talent Engagement

  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute employer branding initiatives through social media, campaigns, and employee testimonials.
  • Strengthen Aska's visibility among target talent pools through participation in job fairs, industry forums, and campus engagement programs.
  • Contribute to creation of compelling recruitment content, job postings, and digital presence to attract top talent.
  • Maintain pre-joining engagement to reduce dropouts and enhance offer-to-join conversion.

4. Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Build strong relationships with business leaders and hiring managers to ensure alignment on hiring priorities and expectations.
  • Coordinate with recruitment consultants for specialized mandates while ensuring optimized cost and performance.
  • Evaluate and onboard new sourcing channels and vendors as required.
