Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with stakeholders
  • Manage offer negotiation and candidate closure
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 24 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in handling multiple roles simultaneously
  • Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in bulk hiring / lateral hiring
  • Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
  • Strong networking skills
