Role summary
We're hiring a hands-on Senior Talent Acquisition Associate to run high-volume, end-to-end hiring for Pocketful. You'll own sourcing, screening, ATS workflows, stakeholder coordination, offer management and onboarding for sales, customer support, operations, risk/back-office and marketing roles. This is a doer role you'll be expected to move fast, improve hiring metrics, and build repeatable processes for scale.
Key responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment: Manage the full hiring lifecycle job brief, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and closing, and smooth candidate onboarding.
- High-volume hiring: Execute bulk hiring drives for Sales & Customer Support (Sales Associates, Retention Specialists, Sales Team Leads) and Operations (Account Opening, KYC, RMS, Back Office), plus Marketing roles (Social Media Executive, Marketing Associate).
- Sourcing & channel management: Build pipelines via LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals (Naukri/Indeed), employee referrals, staffing agencies, campus/college drives and walk-ins. Improve and diversify sourcing channels.
- ATS ownership: Manage job postings, pipelines, interview feedback and pipeline hygiene within our ATS. Ensure data accuracy and timely updates.
- Metrics & reporting: Track & improve hiring KPIs time-to-fill, time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, source-of-hire, quality-of-hire and cost-per-hire. Deliver weekly/monthly hiring MIS to leadership.
- Stakeholder management: Partner with hiring managers, RMs, team leads and finance to align on JD, hiring priorities, offer bands and joining timelines. Run interview calibration and debriefs.
- Candidate experience & employer branding: Ensure a high-touch candidate experience, timely communication, and positive offer-to-join journeys. Support employer branding initiatives (events, social hiring campaigns).
- Onboarding handoff: Coordinate pre-joining checks, documentation, initial inductions and handover to Ops/HR so new hires ramp quickly and have a smooth first week.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 35 years of full-cycle recruitment experience (broking preferred; banking, insurance, loans acceptable).
- Demonstrated experience in bulk hiring (70100 hires per quarter or similar scale).
- Strong experience managing an ATS and recruitment workflows.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills able to represent Pocketful externally and influence internal stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills (offers/salary discussions).
- Data-driven mindset comfortable tracking metrics in Excel/Google Sheets, building reports and using numbers to improve processes.
- Good sense of hiring funnels, sourcing strategies and candidate screening for entry-to-mid level roles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and prioritize multiple open roles.
Preferred
- Experience hiring for broking / financial services roles (KYC, DP/BO operations, RMS, sales for financial products) is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with campus hiring, walk-in drives and agency management.
- Basic understanding of finance/broking operations & role mappings helps with screening technical/ops hires quickly.
