Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across the organization.
- Source candidates using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR rounds to assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Draft and post job descriptions on relevant job boards and social platforms.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand job requirements and team needs.
- Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and candidate tracking systems.
- Support employer branding initiatives and participate in hiring events.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
