Job Description

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and coach a 20 member TA team across countries supporting global, high-volume Supply hiring.
  • Drive capability development, embed global TA standards, and ensure balanced workload and consistent delivery quality.



Strategic Hiring Delivery

  • Own delivery of high-volume, high complexity hiring across multiple countries and job families.
  • Anticipate demand, define sourcing strategies, and solve multi-region operational challenges.

Senior Stakeholder Partnership

  • Partner with HR and Business leaders to shape multi-country hiring strategies.
  • Influence workforce planning decisions through market insights and capability assessments.
  • Guide leaders on inclusive, effective hiring practices.



Candidate Experience & Employer Brand

  • Ensure a globally aligned, inclusive candidate experience across diverse regions.
  • Lead execution of global attraction campaigns and employer brand interventions.



Governance & Compliance

  • Oversee TA governance and compliance across regions and escalate cross market risks.
  • Identify systemic gaps and recommend global policy evolutions.



Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

  • Drive adoption of global improvements and optimise processes through data-driven insights.
  • Highlight structural issues and shape cross regional operational enhancements.

The Successful Applicant

  • Extensive experience leading large, multi-country in‑house TA teams in global organisations.
  • Proven leadership of large, dispersed teams with strong capability-building credentials.
  • Expertise delivering hiring at scale across Supply Chain / Manufacturing / Engineering
  • Strong exposure to global talent landscape, especially in complex, high-volume environments.
  • Skilled at partnering with senior leaders to shape workforce and hiring strategies.
  • Experience driving inclusive hiring and improving diversity outcomes across geographies.
  • Strong analytical capability, using data to drive TA performance and strategic decisions.
  • Deep understanding of TA governance, compliance, and multi-country labour legislation.
  • Proven experience leading operational transformation and continuous improvement in TA.
