Senior Systems/Software Engineer - Hybrid Cloud/Automation

Lead and contribute to the design, development, and integration of complex software systems for hybrid cloud, automation, and GPU infrastructure management. Provide technical leadership, innovation, and mentorship to cross-functional teams while ensuring high-quality and scalable software solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Lead multiple project teams of software systems engineers and internal/outsourced development partners across all stages of software design and development, including solution design, analysis, coding, testing, and integration.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with internal and external development partners to ensure quality and timely delivery of software systems.
• Review and evaluate designs and project activities for compliance with software design guidelines and standards; provide actionable feedback to mitigate risks.
• Provide domain-specific expertise and software systems leadership across cross-organization projects, programs, and activities.
• Drive innovation by integrating new technologies into software systems and project activities.
• Mentor less-experienced staff, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.

What You Need to Bring:

Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• 610 years of relevant software engineering experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Extensive experience with multiple software systems design tools and programming languages.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in overall software architecture and integrating systems across multiple platforms.
• Experience evaluating software testing methodologies, including writing/executing test plans, debugging, and test automation scripts.
• Hands-on experience with Python and Ansible, including RESTful APIs.
• Working knowledge of server, storage, and network management, particularly GPU infrastructure.
• In-depth understanding and hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including troubleshooting containerized environments, configuring apps, network/storage access, and developing Kubernetes operators/CRDs.
• Exposure to Nvidia software ecosystem (NVAIE, GPU operators, Bluefield DPUs).
• Solid understanding of cloud concepts, multi-tenancy, and RBAC.
