Position: Senior Systems Analys

Experience: 5-9 years

Category: Software Development/ Engineering

Shift Timings: 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm

Main location: Hyderabad

Work Type: Work from office (All 5 Days work from office in ODC)

Your future duties and responsibilities

Provide functional application support for daily supply chain operations and assist users with system issues.

Monitor and resolve support tickets in the incident management system.

Coordinate with software vendors by escalating complex technical issues and tracking them until resolution.

Perform interface monitoring and check system integrations or data transfers.

Conduct basic troubleshooting when jobs fail or when data transmission issues occur.

Create and maintain technical documentation such as runbooks, configuration notes, and user guides.

Support release management by reviewing monthly patches and identifying potential impacts.

Ensure smooth functioning of supply chain systems and integrations.

Sourcing

Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)

SAP Ariba Experience

Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba platform.

Application Support Experience

L1 / L2 support

Incident management

Troubleshooting system errors.

Technical Troubleshooting

Diagnose application issues

Monitor integrations/interfaces.

Documentation Skills

Ability to create technical documentation, process flows, and user guides.

Communication Skills

Strong written and verbal English communication.

Ability to interact with stakeholders and vendors.

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience supporting ERP integrations.

Experience working with financial systems interfaces.

Knowledge of incident and problem management frameworks (ITIL or similar).

Experience working with global vendor teams.

Exposure to release/patch management processes.
