About The Project
We are the development center for Sber's India branch.
You have a unique opportunity to participate in building an Automated Banking System (ABS) for Sber's Indian branch from scratch.
The system consists of a set of modules - core, accounting, reporting, credit and non-credit products, internet banking and anti-fraud system. You can directly participate in the creation of any of them, influence the architecture, the quality, the processes, the way they should look in the end.
Our pros are no legacy, no complicated, hardened processes, modern technology.
Our goal is to make our own, small Sber for the foreign market.

Responsibilities
- develop requirements for unified quality standards for system analysis
- participate as an analyst in the formation of the banking system backlog
- prepare express estimates (labor costs/timelines) in terms of system analysis
- analyze business requirements, generate ideas, work out technical solutions and integration interactions
- participate in the development of product architecture and concepts (brainstorming with architects and team leaders)
- create specifications of functional and system requirements (including integration interfaces) in accordance with business requirements, including the use of UML-diagrams and further support of diagrams
- participate in coordination of specifications with the Customer and analysts from related systems
- participate in demonstrations of improvements;
- participate in the preparation and implementation of testing, including PSI.
Requirements
- experience in the position of a system analyst / technologist in an IT company or financial organization (accounting banking systems, front-office solutions), incl.
- experience in writing technical specifications (features description) - at least 3 years
- knowledge of the fundamentals of CBS architecture, features of building distributed systems, microservice architecture, features of using containerization
- experience in building CBS interaction interfaces, service architecture
- understanding of OpenAPI, swagger, yml, SOAP, WSDL, XSD
- knowledge of SQL fundamentals, principles of interaction with the database, descriptions of ER models
- experience in developing and designing systems, the ability to read code, knowledge of the basics of OOP
- knowledge of the main tools and techniques for describing processes (BPMN, UML)
- skills in using JIRA, Confluence
- the ability to competently express their thoughts orally and in writing, good communication skills
- systems thinking
- higher technical education.
Will Be a Plus
- knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL), at the level of writing complex, nested queries / loops / procedures
- experience in reading code in Java and React
- knowledge of related prof. areas (UI / UX, Data Science, behavioral analytics, etc.)
- knowledge of the basics of testing and defect management
- experience in Agile (Scrum)
- XML/JSON, XSD/JSON
- basic knowledge of message queues
- knowledge of Russian.
