Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior System Administrator role based in Mohali district. The Senior System Administrator will oversee and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure and ensure optimal performance. Daily responsibilities include handling a team of engineers,managing system and network configurations, performing troubleshooting and issue resolution, providing technical support, and enhancing IT systems to meet organizational needs. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to maintain secure, efficient, and reliable IT operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in System Administration and Network Administration
- Knowledge of MSP platforms including Kaseya, Connectwise
- Expert on virtual platforms including VMware,Citrix,v-sphere
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and providing effective solutions
- Experience in Technical Support and client-facing problem resolution
- Solid knowledge in Information Technology and infrastructure management
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco are preferable.
- Expertise in projects like E-mail migrations, Firewall setups, cloud migrations
